About Rouchard Landscapes

Rouchard Landscapes is owned and operated by Phil Rouchard.

Phil was born and raised in Eldersburg, Maryland. He is graduate of Rutgers University – Turf Management. He is currently a golf course superintendent and has worked in the golf course industry for over 25 years. Rouchard Landscapes was established in 2003, providing customers the highest quality turf care management standardized by golf courses across America.

In addition to being licensed by the Maryland Department of Agriculture. He is also a certified paver installer by the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute and a certified low voltage landscape lighting installer by Cast Lighting.
